Our 60-day money-back guarantee

If your package is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@thelaunchrunway.com within 60 days of purchase, from the email address you used to buy, and include your order number. Or use the link in your Digistore24 order confirmation email to contact Digistore24 directly.
2. We confirm your request and the refund is processed through Digistore24, our authorised reseller.
3. The refund is returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Digital products

Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, the 60-day guarantee gives you time to look through your files and decide in your own time. Once a refund is issued, the licence to use the files ends and we ask you to delete your copies.
