This policy explains how The Product Workbench ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit get.thelaunchrunway.com or buy one of our products.

1. Who is responsible

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name and email address when you buy a product or contact us, and anything you include in your messages.
Order information: when you buy, our reseller Digistore24 shares the order details we need to deliver your product and support you, such as your name, email address, the product and the order number. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Technical information: your IP address, browser type, device and pages viewed, collected automatically when you visit the website, including through cookies and server logs.

3. How we use your information

To deliver your product and give you access to your files.
To answer your questions and provide customer support.
To send transactional messages about your order.
To send product news or updates, only where you have chosen to receive them.
To keep the website secure, working properly and improving.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis

Where data protection law such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process your information to perform our contract with you (delivering your purchase and support), to meet legal obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a secure and useful website, and, for marketing emails, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Payment and our reseller

Orders are processed by our authorised reseller, Digistore24 GmbH. When you buy, you enter your payment details directly on the Digistore24 order form, and Digistore24's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email support@thelaunchrunway.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. Transactional emails about an order are not marketing and may still be sent.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the website to work, and, where used, to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work properly if you do. Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will ask for it first.

8. Service providers

We use trusted providers to host this website, deliver email and, where used, measure website traffic. They receive only the information they need to provide their service to us, and may only use it for that purpose. Some providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by law.
